The Shelter Hope Pet Shop is dedicated to saving the lives of shelter animals!
Located inside Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks, California, dogs and bunnies from local animal shelters and rescues are on site, available for on-the-spot adoption, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am - 7:00pm.
Visitors can shop for unique gift items for animal lovers, with all donations from the store going directly to help these shelter animals find new homes.
Shelter Hope Pet Shop is an innovative way to increase adoptions, awareness and education. It is part of a larger organization, Shelter Hope Project, which plans to make this the business model for all store-front pet shops.
Shelter Hope Pet Shop is a volunteer-run nonprofit. We rely on the communities we serve for donations and volunteers.
